1> you must be a registered user (and log in) to post a message
2> when you register you must use a real email address that you check! the system will email you an authentication link to complete your registration: you will be able to post messages after you confirm your identity using this.
3> you must have cookies enabled on your browser to post messages and use the inside email (messaging) system
