3rd ANNUAL ITHACA FESTIVAL MILE - This event is a fundraiser for The Ithaca Youth Bureau and
Recreation Partnership Programs. Proceeds support our scholarship fund which helps kids participate in summer day camps, sport leagues, art programs and more throughout the year. Please consider signing up to run. See

Paper registrations are available at the Finger Lakes Running and Triathlon Company Store on the Commons or at the Ithaca Youth Bureau.

The race kicks-off the Ithaca Festival Parade and will be held on Thursday,
June 3rd. This years race will include divisions for Elite men/women, Open men/women,
Scholastic boys/girls, public safety, and a Family (fee just for the kids, adults run free)
heat. The mile course is a straight, flat shot from the Ithaca High School
to Dewitt Park. A perfect event for the first time runner with the goal to
complete a mile or a more experienced runner looking for a personal best on
a certified course.

2011 Ithaca Festival Mile registration is officially open.

Ithaca Festival Mile registration is officially open. Register on-line at the link below. Paper registrations are available at the Ithaca Youth Bureau, 1 James L. Gibbs Dr. and at the Finger Lakes Running and Triathlon Company Store on the Commons.


Help kick-off the Ithaca Festival Parade and raise money for the Youth Bureau Scholarship fund! Run in the Ithaca Festival Mile! The Mile offers a straight, fast,flat, certified mile race for runners of all ages and abilities with open,masters,scholastic and family heats.

This years race is Thursday June 2, 2011. Register by 5/16/11 (for T-shirt order deadline), and 5/25/11 for the discounted entry fee. Race day registration (at a higher fee) is available on 6/2 from 4:30 - 5:30 pm only!
