hey all,

any interest in an occasional 90 or 120-minute run on sundays?? the sunshine is making me feel enthusiastic...

Yeh.. i might like to try a long run but not until i get rid of cold.. would it be to disruptive to start at 8:30 and get back to shop at 9:30 for 1hr runners? ray
