Temperature this Christmas Morning is 31 F at 8 am. We had quite a lot of rain last night, but it did not melt the base. The ba
se is now frozen. So most likely choice of travel tonight will be snow shoes. It is too dangerously icy and crusty to ski these hills. Weather forecast predicts the temperature to drop a little, so the crust will not soften.
