HONK BAND LOOKING FOR NEW PLAYERS

We have a fun, new honk band, and need to fill it out more. Honk bands aren’t typical marching bands – outfits are eccentric, music varies, having a great time putting on a fun show is a priority.

Acrobats, dancers, jugglers, fire-performers and more take part, the sky’s the limit, and it’s not only parades! Ithaca’s chock full of everything a honk band needs – musicians, unique ideas, and creative, friendly people who love performing.

We’re just getting started, and can use to buff up with more players. We’re specifically looking for brass, woodwinds, and drums, but we’re open to non-traditional marching instruments: world drums, violins, etc.
