Sunday, October 16: 1-6pm Lisa Bloodnick, a farmer in Apalachin (and co-manager of the Vestal Farmers Market) is hosting her Fall Harvest Party. She would like to turn it into a benefit for local farmers who have suffered losses from the flooding. She's looking for musicians who'd be willing to play anything in the area of old-time and bluegrass and such. She can't offer money, but if there's anyone in your network that has jammed a lot together and worked up some music, maybe they'd be interested in sharing their talents. There would of course be food and hopefully lots of people turning out to listen and enjoy the day. Even if the musicians could only come for part of the day, I'm sure it would be appreciated.
